Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else is requested and nothing is collected in the background about who you are.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever that conversation contains, for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry.

What we do with it

We reply to you, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of the enquiry so we can pick the conversation back up. That is all. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

Other companies involved

Three services touch this website, and you should know about them:

• FormSubmit delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. What you type passes through their servers, which are outside India, on its way to us.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google can see your IP address when a page loads.
• Google Analytics counts visits, as described below.
• Google Maps shows the map on our contact page. Google may set cookies through that map. It only loads on that one page, and only when you scroll to it.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what is useful and what is not. It tells us things like how many people looked at a page, roughly which country they were in and whether they used a phone or a computer. We shorten visitor IP addresses so they cannot be traced back to an individual. It does not tell us who you are, and we make no attempt to identify you from it.

If you would rather not be counted, most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. We run no advertising pixels and nothing here follows you around other websites. The cookies you may pick up come from Google Analytics, and from the Google map on our contact page.

If you send us project files

Drawings, site surveys and customer details you send us for a project are treated as confidential. They are seen only by the people working on your job, they are never used as samples or published without your written permission, and we will delete them on request. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Project records are kept for as long as we may need them to support work we have delivered. Ask us to delete anything and we will.

Your rights

Write to info@azrarenewable.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. This applies wherever you are; India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 governs how we handle personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
